What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-living items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that live plants are non-returnable but are covered by our 14-day health guarantee.
Do you offer international shipping for garden tools?
Currently, Flora Home & Gardens ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options for non-plant items in the near future.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
Our 'Green Thumb Guarantee' ensures your plant arrives healthy. If your plant shows signs of distress or damage upon arrival, please email us a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Are your home fragrance products and candles non-toxic?
Yes, all our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and phthalate-free essential oils to ensure a clean, safe burn for your home and family.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and leaves our greenhouse or warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery's progress.
